- Personalized Orders: Custom and personalized items are handmade and require 5 business days for preparation before dispatch.
- Standard Orders: Non-custom orders are prepared within 2–3 business days before dispatch.
If you need an order for a specific date (e.g., a gift), please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to prioritize your order.
Delivery Timeline (After Dispatch – USA)
Estimated delivery time: 15–20 business days
- Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and customs clearance.
- Please note that all items are shipped internationally and delivery timelines include transit and customs processing.
For other cities, delivery times will vary and can be confirmed upon placing your order.
